IREAD, Rotary club of Kampala  Day Break Opens Early Childhood Centre

Institute for Rural Education and Development (IREAD), patient Masereje Foundation and Rotary Club of Kampala Day Break officially opened an Early Childhood Development centre in Busiita Budadiri District. Dr. Noor Jaffer the director of IREAD was in Uganda for the official Opening of the Centre.
