Rtn. Dr. MD. James Onyoin: My story as President of the Rotary Club of Kampala Day Break 2018 2019

I was President of the Rotary Club of Kampala Day-Break during the year 2018/2019. It was a year of phenomenal achievements. We implemented big, bold and innovative projects. Most remarkable among them were the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Projects we will be launching next week in Luzira, Butende, Bukedea and Kanungu.
