The Lord Bishop of West Buganda Diocese, IREAD & Rotary Club of Kampala Day-Break, Representatives of Rotary Club of Masaka, The Interim Lord Mayor of Masaka City, The Archdeacon of Kijjabwemi, and the Diocesan Education Coordinator (DEC), signed an MOU and thereafter Commissioned the construction of the the Early Childhood Development Centre (ECDC) at Kijjabwemi CoU Primary School on Saturday 12th Sept 2020.
