Club Administration Committee

Goal: To help the Club to function efficiently and effectively

Strategies:

1.  To receive internal and external information and distribute as necessary to enable timely and effective responses
2.  To maintain membership records
3.  To make required reports to RI and the district
4.  To track attendance and manage liaison with meeting venue
5.  To manage archiving of Club materials
6.  To minute Board meetings and coordinate distribution of Committee Chair reports
